City Tour and Bay Cruise

Explore the City by the Bay and all of the incredible Northern California sights in San Francisco. Tour the Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Wharf, and many other unique sites. Double your fun with a bay cruise in San Francisco on this exciting half day tour.

Your San Francisco city tour begins at the front doors of your hotel, where you will be picked up by an air-conditioned coach service. From there, your guide will lead you to the Golden Gate Bridge, one of the most symbolic of American landmarks. Bring a camera to capture the incredible images from the Golden Gate Bridge, easily the most well known bridge in the world. You will also visit Twin Peaks, two near-identical hills located at the center of the city. From there, you will gain another perspective of the city and take in some incredible sights. Enjoy the 360 degree panoramic view of this beautiful city.

Next, visit the stunningly lush Golden Gate Park. Often compared to New York City's Central Park, Golden Gate Park is home to a plethora of radiant seasonal flowers, a small herd of bison, and windmills. It is an incredible area frequented by almost 13 million people per year. While you drive through the once infamous Barbary Coast, you will learn about the history of San Francisco, from the Native Americans to the Gold Rush to the present. See San Francisco's iconic Victorian Homes as you travel through the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. Enjoy the waterfront views and vistas of Alcatraz and the bay from the Fisherman's Wharf, and explore the local areas including Chinatown.

After touring on land, continue your sightseeing from the water. You will go on a one-hour San Francisco bay cruise and see some of the city's most tremendous structures from a completely different perspective. The fully narrated cruise will take you under the Golden Gate Bridge to see the massive bridge's impressive structure. You'll get a great view of the island of Alcatraz and its infamous prison, and you might even see some of the native California sea lions. Make sure to bring a camera, as these are memories you will want to hold on to forever.

You will be dropped back off at your hotel at the end of the tour. This tour of San Francisco is an essential introduction to the amazing city, and it will open your eyes to the magnificence of San Francisco, from land and by sea.

We are experts in providing exceptional shore excursions. We understand that in today's fast paced world, vacations have become an increasingly important way to relax, reconnect with family and friends, and experience new and interesting places. With this in mind, we provide the highest quality tours by performing extensive research, and detailed reviews. While other companies also offer excursions, we strongly believe our expertise and approach set us apart. The large cruise lines sell shore excursions - typically in very large groups visiting high traffic sites. We focus on smaller groups visiting more interesting and authentic locations using more personalized local operators. While the cruise lines are experts in delivering cruises, we are experts in delivering shore excursions.
